Hello and happy day! I’m sharing some fun countertop styling inspiration today.

If you’re anything like me, you and your family spend tons of time in the kitchen. It’s always nice to have a fun vignette styled on your countertop so you have something pretty to look at while you’re hanging out and eating in the kitchen.

Some of these ideas are super simple and are completely made up of decor. Other ideas incorporate food and drinks, making them not only pretty but also super functional for your kitchen decor!

Ideas for How to Style Kitchen Countertops

Idea #1: Flowers + Beverage Dispenser

This is one of my most recent kitchen countertop stylings! I made a huge dispenser of sweet tea, and I thought I’d go ahead and use it as part of my vignette.

The other main part of this display is my flower arrangement. It is mostly made up of artificial stems. The only real part of the flower display are my calla lily flowers.

Add a few stemless copper cups (or any you have), and you’re ready for a sweet tea party!

Idea #2: Functional Items + Tray + Cake Stand

Since this area of countertop surrounds my sink, I like it to be functional!

I actually use that copper pitcher to fill water in and then fill my dogs’ bowls. It comes in handy, and I actually use it almost everyday just for that reason!

I also like to keep my Mrs. Meyer’s cleaning solution nearby so I can wipe down my countertops easily.

To finish off the look I added our hand soap, a candle and some pretty flowers and a plant.

Idea #3: Flowers in the Sink

Whenever I come home from the grocery store with some flowers, I always stick them in my sink so I can cut them and then arrange them.

Flowers in a sink are always beautiful!

Idea #4: Large Flowers & Fruit

Fresh fruit is something we buy super often around here! Not only is it yummy, it’s also perfect to decorate with in your kitchen.

I added this HUGE display of hydrangeas, and they pretty much steal the show.

I also added my copper pitcher and copper stemless wine glasses. You may notice a theme running here – I love copper in the kitchen! It’s such a pretty pop of color and there are tons of options for copper kitchen decor.

Idea #5: Flowers + Seasonal Food & Decor

I actually create this kitchen countertop styling for Valentine’s Day, but it’s super easy to replicate for any holiday or season.

I used a cloche with some fun beads and added some heart cookies so we could snack on them. I finished it off with a pink bouquet of flowers to keep with the Valentine’s Day theme.

You can adjust the colors and type of food depending on what season or holiday it is!

Idea #6: Food Display in a Jar

For this idea, I used a large jar and added layers of sugar and oats. You could really use any type of food you want in the jar to make a pretty and functional food display.

Idea #7: Flowers + Cake Stand

I used this countertop styling idea for a fall display, but this idea could be used for any time of year!

All you have to do is swap out the type of decor you put on the cake stand. You could use a combination of candles and greenery.

Idea #8: Mugs + Plates

If you don’t have any kitchen shelves, you could use your countertops to store some items, like mugs and plates.
