Kitchen Cabinets Color Combination & Kitchen Accessories

Come on in and join me in my kitchen so we can chat about my kitchen cabinets color combination and kitchen accessories!

I recently shared a post about our home transformation over the past seven years, which included a before + after of our kitchen. That sparked a few questions about our kitchen cabinets color combination, so I thought I’d share a full post about our kitchen!

We actually designed our kitchen many years ago when we first moved in. We got new kitchen cabinets along with granite countertops.

Since that time, we’ve made even more changes including swapping out the light fixtures and replacing the granite with quartz countertops, and painting our backsplash white.

KITCHEN CABINET COLOR COMBINATIONS

I really like the look of two different colors for kitchen cabinets. For the kitchen island, we opted for a dark espresso tone and for the rest of the cabinets we chose an off-white tone.

Outer cabinets – Waypoint 610 painted silk doors

To order these cabinets, we used a local retailer who then ordered the cabinets through Waypoint. You can easily find a retailer who works with Waypoint by typing in your zip code under “Find a Dealer” in the upper right hand corner on their website.

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES & SOURCES

On our kitchen island, I usually just keep a candle and some flowers. This candle is from Antique Candle Co. They have such yummy candles, so you really can’t go wrong with any one your order. Right now, I’m loving Apple Cider and Pecan Pie.

When I don’t have any fresh flowers, you can usually find my home filled with a vase full of faux eucalyptus stems.

On the other counters, you’ll find my coffee maker, coffee grinder and espresso machine.

Jason gifted me with an espresso machine for Christmas, and I use every single day to make lattes! You can learn how to make a latte in this tutorial I did on Instagram.

Recently, I got this awesome espresso capsule carousel in for all my espresso pods!

I also keep two glass heritage jars on my counter for flour and sugar.

As you can see, I keep it pretty simple in my kitchen! I do plan to add a new runner rug soon, so I’ll keep you posted on which one I order.
