Recreate this elegant and rustic Thanksgiving table using pumpkins and evergreens! Per my latest Instagram post, I found out my fall-to-winter tablescape was one of my favorites from last year, so I did a little spin on it this year.
My favorite part about this is that it incorporates a little bit of that Christmas feel, so if you plan to have your Christmas tree up over Thanksgiving then this rustic Thanksgiving table will go perfectly!
So, come on in my dining room, take a look around, and I hope you get some ideas for your table this year!
To start, I used my faux pumpkins that I painted copper in addition to my beloved evergreen trees that I bought last year as the basis for this rustic Thanksgiving table!
I created my own table runner out of some white beaded stems I bought last year. I added a few mini faux pumpkins throughout the “runner.”
I then added in my favorite silver candle holders and white candles to top off the centerpiece.
For the place settings, I used my natural jute braid chargers and layered them with my white Home Goods chargers (sorry, I haven’t found any similar ones to link, but check out your local Home Goods to see if they have them!), and some plates I thrifted. Then, I topped them with a small pumpkin.
The key to making really beautiful place settings is layers and textures!
You’ll notice I mixed in lots of copper tones with the evergreens, including my pretty stemless copper wine glasses and rose gold silverware, to give it that added feel of elegance.
I also decorated my buffet to have a matching feel to it!
I started by adding a pumpkin, an evergreen tree, stacked copper mugs, and birch bark pillar candles to my tray.
I love the way the copper looks against my French country mirror!
To contrast the more complex rustic Thanksgiving table, I kept my hutch decor simple and left my white serve ware in it.
Overall, this ‘scape was fairly easy to make and didn’t require me to buy one thing! That’s why I always like to stock up on staple items so I can mix and match them without having to buy new items all the time!
