New Art by Our Sitting Nook & Spring Friday Faves

Happy Friday! I made a little update in our sitting nook area and added some new artwork. My new method for adding artwork to our house is so affordable as well as beautiful. I plan to use this method a ton more in our home because it’s so easy to do.

Last month, I created a cozy sitting area by moving our beloved recliners near our fireplace. We love this little area and use it all the time.

I’ve been wanting to spruce it up, so I decided to add some easy budget-friendly artwork in this corner.

I grabbed two frames I had on hand, printed out two art prints at Staples, and then stuck them in the frames!

I chose this pastel painting print and this field painting print to go in the frames.

It was actually a bit tough to find two vertical prints to go together. There are tons of options on Etsy for horizontal prints but not as many vertical prints. I did some digging and finally found some I really like.

I feel like these two prints go very well together. And, I love that they add a bit of green hues to the space.

After I downloaded the prints, I had them printed at Staples for a couple dollars. Easy peasy!

I love how the space is looking now!

FRIDAY FAVES

This week, I wanted to add some spring faves to the list! I was perusing Target the other day and they had this beautiful outdoor set up with new Studio McGee spring outdoor items. It was gorgeous!
